Net Sales Semester I 2020, Indofood CBP Grew To Rp 23.05 trillion



PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) today announced its financial results for the period ended 30 June 2020. ICBP posted consolidated net sales growth of 4% to Rp23.05 trillion from Rp22.13 trillion in the same period last year.

Income from operations grew 22% to Rp4.68 trillion from Rp3.85 trillion, and operating margin increased to 20.3% from 17.4%. Income for the period attributable to equity holders of the parent entity increased by 31% to Rp3.38 trillion from Rp2.57 trillion in the same period last year and net margin increased to 14.7% from 11.6%. Core profit increased 21% to Rp3.16 trillion from Rp2.62 trillion.

Anthoni Salim, the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICBP, said: “Despite the challenges under the current circumstances, ICBP performed reasonably well during the first half of 2020. We will focus on safeguarding our people, maintaining the supply and quality of our products delivered to consumers, while improving our agility and competitiveness”.
